“BE A STAR IN YOUR COMMUNITY”
The RMA recognizes those business professionals that are making a real positive contribution to the local community. Annual awards are presented for outstanding service to the RMA and its membership.
DESCRIPTION OF AWARDS:
The Roland K. Peters Small Business of the Year Award is given annually to a local business that has demonstrated resilience, creativity in marketing, commitment to the community, and a true representation of a committed local business.
Super Star Volunteer Award is given annually to the RMA Member (or members) with a dedication to excellence in service to the members and RMA staff throughout the last calendar year. They offer support to all members, volunteers, the RMA staff, and assume leadership roles within the Association. You can always find a super star providing encouragement through their participation and active involvement in the communities that the RMA serves.
Super Star Business Awards are given annually to the businesses or organizations that promote, educate and support the concept of “Think Local. Be Local. Buy Local” in our community with their own resources and efforts over and above supporting the RMA.
