Debbie@LynchburgRMA.com

A native of Virginia, Debbie Montgomery has lived in Lynchburg for over 25 years and has been involved with the Retail Merchants Association of Lynchburg since October 2006. She has been a great asset to this organization and has strived to revitalize this well known trade association with improvements in technology, office automation and current membership services  beneficial to the business community.  As the Executive Director of the RMA Association AND the RMA Foundation, she brings not only professionalism but compassion to both branches.  Formerly the Director of Administration for CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of Central Virginia for nine years, she is well aware of the needs of the non-profit organizations that our foundation serves.

In addition to her duties at RMA, Debbie never tires of involvement with several local Charities. Mrs. Montgomerys holiday season would not be complete without participating in the Salvation Army Red Kettle Campaign and is currently serving as the 2010 Co-Chair, in addition to her on-going involvement with CASA.  As a National Business College graduate and currently a student at CVCC, taking classes in web design, Mrs. Montgomery believes that we can always grow and improve ourselves no matter what station in life we are in.

As RMA Executive Director, Mrs. Montgomery hopes to continue to improve RMA member benefits and programs as we move forward in serving the merchants of Lynchburg and the surrounding areas.
